Christmas Party Band

The Debbie Boyd Band have been providing entertainment for Christmas events for over 11 years.  Whether the party is for one company, or made up of many smaller groups of people who don't know each other, the band are very adept at creating exactly the sort of atmosphere that fills the dancefloor and leaves delighted guests yelling for more.

Formats

Fantastic and highly versatile 5 to 10 piece live Christmas Party band with optional in-house manned interactive DJ service during breaks.  The band's minimum 5 piece line-up includes:

Additional players can be added including sax, trumpet, trombone and/or additional lead vocalists and percussionist.  The band are very flexible and, if required, can make suggestions to suit your requirements, budget and venue.

Christmas Songs during Arrival Drinks

The Debbie Boyd Band offers a great selection of easy listening Christmas tunes, played live, in a laid back, smooth jazz style, that is perfect for setting the scene as guests arrive to take their seats.  Songs include 'Santa Baby', 'Walking In A Winter Wonderland', 'Rocking Around The Christmas Tree' and many more.

During The Meal

Suitable pre-recorded Christmas music can then be left to play unobtrusively during dinner, via ipod.

Party Time

As soon as the meal is over, the band kicks into 2 x 60 minute sets of high energy floor filling popular songs from across the decades, adapting their setlists to each audience on the night.  The final set builds to a crescendo, leaving the crowd yelling for more and the band happily accommodate with all time favourite sing-a-long Christmas tunes including 'Santa Claus Is Coming To Town', 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' and the ever popular Slade's 'Merry Christmas Everyone'.

DJ

The band can also provide their in-house manned interactive DJ service during band breaks, with a massive back catalogue of music, including a great selection of current chart hits.  Or alternatively, suitable pre-mixed filler music can be played during breaks via an ipod.

Radio Mic: We can provide a radio mic for speeches, if required.
