The Debbie Boyd Band is a dynamic and highly versatile 7 to 9 piece live band that is perfect for Corporate Dinner Dances, Balls, Private Parties, Weddings, Jewish Celebrations and Scottish Ceilidhs.

Combining outstanding musical talent with the latest sound and light technology, this band never fails to exceed expectations, time and time again.

			The Debbie Boyd Band’s huge repertoire recreates the sounds of 60’s soul legends (Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye to name just three) right through to the modern pop icons of the 90s and 00s including Mika, Shania Twain and Robbie Williams. Their set also encompasses a large selection of music from the 70’s disco era with all time favourites including “Play That Funky Music”, “Carwash” and “Disco Inferno” as well offering an excellent party mix of 80’s material including "Walking On Sunshine", "Wake Me Up Before You Go Go" and "Summer of 69". Swing favourites including "Moondance", "Fly Me To The Moon" and "Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You" may also be included, if appropriate, as well as all time party classics by rock 'n' roll icons such as Chuck Berry and Elvis.
Every night is different with The Debbie Boyd Band as Debbie’s years of experience in theatre entertainment and her exceptional voice combine with the incredible musical talents of the rest of the band and an extensive repertoire to produce a show that holds the attention of everyone in the room, packs the dancefloor, is interactive and totally personal. Much as a DJ is responsive to a crowd, Debbie also has uncanny sense of what the audience wants, frequently changing the planned setlists, right there and then, to better suit the mood on the dancefloor. And with the band’s extensive repertoire of crowd pleasing favourites, she certainly has plenty to choose from!
